Sealaska E-commerce Trainings
Sealaska interns Crystal Rogers and Rachel Bryan-Auker will host e-commerce trainings for Hydaburg residents during the summer of 2009.
There are two training sessions scheduled for the summer of 2009. The first is in the afternoon of June 30th and is intended for anyone who is interested in learning about eBay and internet selling. The second is the following week, on July 7th, and specifically geared towards artists who would like to sell and market their work over the internet.
If you can’t make one or either of the trainings, or if you need additional assistance, we can also set up one-on-one trainings to help your e-commerce efforts get going. We’re available from 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. If you can’t make those hours for some reason, give us a call at the business center, and we can set up a special appointment at a time that is convenient for you.
No matter what your comfort level with computers or the internet, we’re here to help you get the hang of it. You never have to worry if you have little or no experience with computers – we’ve taught people how to turn a computer on and use a mouse and we’ve helped people build their own webpages. These trainings are meant to help you get what you need out of e-commerce, so we’ll always start on your level.
